Butter Dijon Cabbage

STEAMED CABBAGE WITH DIJON AND BUTTER
Wash
1/2 head of green cabbage
Slice into 1/2" strips. Steam in 1 - 2" boiling salted water for 7- 10 minutes, drain. Stir together and drizzle over cabbage
1/4 C butter, melted
2 TBSP Dijon mustard

This is so good, you'll want to eat your vegetables!
